US-based SuperOps.ai, a pioneering AI-powered IT management SaaS platform, has raised an impressive $12.4 million in its Series B funding round, propelling its total funding to $29.4 million. Leading the charge in this latest funding endeavor were Addition and March Capital, with the participation of Matrix Partners, a prominent backer of AtomicWork.
The newfound capital injection will bolster SuperOps.ai's mission to further enrich its AI capabilities. Additionally, the company is gearing up to expand its US-based team, fortifying its home base.
In an ambitious stride, SuperOps.ai has also unveiled advanced Network Monitoring capabilities as a seamless part of its integrated platform. This expansion is set to cater to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) by offering Network Monitoring as a service, eliminating the need for another standalone tool in their arsenal.

Adding to their recent growth, SuperOps.ai has appointed industry veteran Juan Fernandez as Channel Chief. Fernandez's extensive experience and past success in the MSP industry, including building a $20 million MSP business in six years, positions him as a valuable leader. His co-authorship of "The MSP Handbook" and membership on the Comptia North American Executive Council further exemplify his expertise.
