San Francisco-based company BeeKeeperAI, a leader in zero-trust collaboration software for AI development and deployment, has successfully closed a $12.1 million Series A financing round. The round was led by Sante Ventures and saw participation from esteemed investors such as the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, AIX Ventures, Continuum Health Ventures, TA Group Holdings, and UCSF.

The influx of capital will enable BeeKeeperAI to further enhance the capabilities of its EscrowAI platform while expanding its commercial operations. EscrowAI, the company's flagship product, is a patent-protected, zero-trust collaboration platform that has recently achieved general availability. Notably, it seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Azure's confidential computing capabilities.

According to Michael Blum, MD, CEO and Co-founder of BeeKeeperAI, the company is well-positioned to drive the adoption of zero-trust and confidential computing capabilities by facilitating secure collaboration workflows between AI developers and privacy custodians.
