Levitate closes its Series C round with $14 million

The $14.4M funding round will fuel Levitate's Happiness Platform
May 1, 2023

Levitate, a SaaS Happiness platform based in Raleigh, N.C, has recently announced that it has secured an additional $14 million of growth capital in a Series C funding round, led by Bull City Venture Partners. The total fundraising since inception now stands at $40 million. The round saw participation from over 60 entrepreneurs, including Mark Templeton, former CEO of Citrix Systems, and co-founders of Bronto Software, Joe Colopy and Chaz Felix, among others. The funds will be utilized to boost the company's Happiness Platform for relationship-based businesses.

Levitate's AI Assistant is another big announcement to come out of this funding round. It enables customers to write, reword and edit emails and social media posts. The assistant can also translate content into ten languages for businesses with multi-lingual clients. Founder and CEO of Levitate, Jesse Lipson, believes that the AI Assistant will overcome the challenge of writer's block and allow for deeper personal connections in small relationship-based businesses, such as wealth management firms, insurance agencies, and accounting firms.

“AI can be a technology that allows for deeper personal connections, not just a tool for automation. I'm excited about the amazing things we'll be able to deliver to our customers in the coming months and years to realize our vision of authentic communication at scale.” - comments founder and CEO of Levitate, Jesse Lipson

The release of Levitate's AI Assistant comes at a time when businesses are looking for ways to better engage with their clients and customers. The platform will help small businesses achieve this by enabling them to communicate more effectively, saving them time and effort in the process.
